Mumbai | April 09, 2025 – CleanEdge Resources Pte Ltd (“CleanEdge Resources” or “CleanEdge”), a leading provider of advanced industrial wastewater treatment infrastructure, waste-to-energy solutions, and resource recovery systems, has signed an INR 600 million Facility Agreement with Tata Capital Limited.

This financing has been secured against CleanEdge’s 4 million litres per day Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) wastewater treatment project. This first-of-its-kind project located at Hindustan Zinc Limited’s (“HZL”) Rampura Agucha mine in Rajasthan, has been developed by CleanEdge under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model. The project which is now commissioned will recycle 1.4 billion litres of water annually.

The proceeds from the Tata Capital facility will be deployed across Clean Edge’s broader portfolio of BOOT-based infrastructure projects, enabling the company to accelerate the development and delivery of sustainable, technology-led solutions for industrial water reuse, resource recovery, and waste to energy solutions. The financing enhances CleanEdge’s capital base and supports its mission to scale high-impact infrastructure aligned with India’s sustainability goals.
