Fertilizer recovered from Organic Waste is rich in Potassium (K), Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P).
The Biogas is purified to remove hydrogen sulphide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapor and compressed as Compressed Bio Gas (CBG). CBG has calorific value and other properties similar to CNG and hence can be utilized as a green fuel.
De-sulfurized Biogas produced from the process can be used to generate power and steam through an engine.
Liquid carbon dioxide is used for freezing and chilling of food products, beverage carbonation, and water treatment.
Elemental Sulphur (S) is recovered and can be sold as a commodity.
Reusable Water with high purity can be reused in the operational process.

Recovering Resources for Clients
CleanEdge Resources builds, owns and operates Biogas Plants on behalf of our Distillery, Sugar Milll and Palm Oil Mill clients. Our team customizes the design, engineering and technologies used in the Biogas Plants to optimize our clients’ operational requirements.
Clients only pay for the Power & Steam produced from the Biogas Plants, using their Agriwaste as a feedstock. We also ensure that the effluent from your mills will be treated to discharge standards. At the end of the contract term, clients have an option to renew service contract or take ownership of these facilities.
