Founder and Chairman
Raju Shukla
Co-Founder and Former CEO of Cleantech Solar, the largest solar C&I platform in India and Southeast Asia.
Built the business organically to c. USD 500 million over a period of 6 years and sold a consortium of Keppel Corporation and Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (Singapore).
Prior to establishing Cleantech, Raju had over 22 years of experience in financial services in Asia and was the Managing Director & Country Head of Barclays Capital India from 2007 to 2012.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Regional College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Dr. Holger Eick
Co-Founder and Former Chief Risk Officer of Cleantech Solar.
Developed the risk management function at Cleantech Solar. Former Managing Director and Head of Ratings Advisory and Capital Structuring for Asia-Pacific at Barclays Investment Bank.
Overall 20+ years of experience in financial services and risk management.
Holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a PhD in Chemistry from University of Cambridge.

Held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, ICICI Securities, and Tata-IBM.
Holds an engineering degree from IIT Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta.

Over 36 years of experience and one of the few experts in India & SEA who is credited with designing and commissioning 350+ waste to energy systems.
Recipient of awards from world CSR congress and Aqua foundation. Masters in Environmental Engineering and PhD in biogas generating anaerobic technologies.
Group Chief Technology Officer
Kishor Dobariya
Kishor has 36+ years of international experience in industrial and municipal water treatment, Wastewater Recycling Plant, desalination projects etc including conventional, membrane based and advanced technologies.
Prior to joining CleanEdge Resources, Kishor has worked with Hyflux - Singapore, Ion Exchange and has a hands-on exposure of working in projects across regions including India, Southeast Asia, China, Middle East, Africa, Mexico and Caribbean. He has been instrumental in the design, implementation, commissioning and troubleshooting of projects both in industrial and municipal, on Technology Package Supply, EPC and BOOT basis.
He also holds a patent in Variable Salinity Desalination process desalination design.

Leads the project management team within Lars. Experience in leading water and wastewater, waste management and infrastructure projects include rural water supply schemes, roads, and building. Has executed 700+ projects.
Has expertise is project planning, procurement, execution with QC and site safety standards and has executed projects employing varied technologies up to 20 MLD.
Civil Engineering degree from Institute of Engineers of India.

Abhijit Pittule
Over 26 years of hands-on experience in design, commissioning and all other aspects of water and wastewater treatment.
His area of expertise is Anaerobic, Aerobic and Wastewater recycling technologies. At Lars he is responsible for developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans for domestic as well as international sales for Lars.
Graduate in Civil Engineering & Post-Graduate in Environmental Engineering from VRCE (NIT), Nagpur.
